1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the PrayDaily application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.

These Terms apply to all users of the App, including users of the free and premium plans. PrayDaily reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

2. Description of Service

PrayDaily is a prayer and fasting companion application that allows users to:

• Log and track daily prayers
• Track fasting schedules and progress
• Set prayer and fasting reminders (Premium)
• View prayer history and spiritual growth analytics
• Generate and share prayer cards (Premium)

The App is available on iOS and Android platforms. Certain features are available only to users who subscribe to the Premium plan.

3. Account Registration

To use the App, you must create an account by providing a valid email address and creating a password. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Providing accurate and up-to-date information
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

You must be at least 13 years of age to create an account and use the App. If you are under 18, you confirm that you have the consent of a parent or legal guardian.

4. Free and Premium Plans

Free Plan: Provides access to limited prayer logging, fasting tracker, and basic statistics at no cost.

Premium Plan: Available for $3/month. Premium users receive unlimited prayers, prayer and fasting reminders, shareable prayer cards, advanced analytics, and an ad-free experience. Premium subscriptions are billed on a recurring monthly basis.

PrayDaily reserves the right to modify pricing, features, or plan offerings at any time. Users will be notified of any material changes in advance.

5. Payment and Billing

Premium subscriptions are processed securely through Stripe. By subscribing, you agree to the following payment terms:

• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the end of the current billing period
• You can manage or cancel your subscription from your account settings within the App
• No refunds are provided for partial billing periods

6. User Content

You retain ownership of all content you create within the App, including prayers and reflections ("User Content"). By using the App, you grant PrayDaily a limited, non-exclusive license to store and process your User Content solely for the purpose of providing the service to you.

You agree not to submit content that is:

• Illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, or harassing
• Defamatory, vulgar, obscene, or otherwise objectionable
• Infringing on any intellectual property or proprietary rights
• Containing software viruses or any other malicious code

7. Privacy and Data Protection

Your privacy is important to us. Our collection, use, and protection of your personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

Key privacy commitments:

• We do not sell your personal data to third parties
• Your prayer content is stored securely
• We do not display advertisements in the App
• You can request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time

8. Intellectual Property

The App, including its design, features, content, logos, and trademarks, is the property of PrayDaily and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not:

• Copy, modify, or distribute the App or its content
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
• Use the PrayDaily name, logo, or branding without written permission
• Create derivative works based on the App

9. Prohibited Conduct

When using the App, you agree not to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Interfere with or disrupt the App's servers or networks
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the App
• Use the App for any commercial purpose without authorization
• Impersonate any person or entity
• Use automated means to access or interact with the App

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at our discretion if you violate these Terms or engage in conduct that we determine is harmful to other users or the App. Upon termination:

• Your right to use the App ceases immediately
• We may delete your account and associated data
• Any outstanding subscription fees remain payable

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us or using the account deletion feature within the App.

11. Disclaimers

The App is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. PrayDaily does not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

PrayDaily is a spiritual habit-tracking tool and does not provide religious, medical, or professional advice. The content generated by the App, including AI-generated prayers, is for personal reflection purposes only.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PrayDaily and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or interruption of service.

Our total liability for any claim arising from or related to the App shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve (12) months prior to the claim.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which PrayDaily operates, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in the courts of the applicable jurisdiction.

14. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. When we make changes, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, notify you via email or in-app notification. Your continued use of the App after any changes indicates your acceptance of the updated Terms.
